1:1 training

Through in-person training, clients experience a personalized and accountable training approach. This option provides comprehensive sessions with tailored workouts conducted in Meta Fitness Studio in Liberty Park. Each workout is meticulously designed based on your fitness levels and goals, accompanied by continuous communication and support throughout each exercise. Each session is assured to provide comprehensive instruction on correct form and function, equipping you with the knowledge and skill for a lifetime of effective exercise. This collaborative approach ensures focused goal attainment for optimal results, tracked through progress photos, nutrition trackers, and gym performance utilizing the progressive overload formula. Sessions are scheduled for 45-60 minutes, offering dedicated support throughout your fitness journey, including 24/7 access to me as your trainer, nutritional guidance and outside homework (mobility work, additional workouts, step goal, water goal, etc.).

Online training caters to individuals who are comfortable in the gym independently, seeking accountability, form checks, and personalized programming for goal achievement. Progress is meticulously monitored through photos, measurements, weekly check-ins (including macro adjustments, program changes, and personalized videos from me) and tracked progressive overload.

You'll receive up to seven weekly workouts through my app, along with nutritional guidance, calculated macros, mobility work, complete access to me as your trainer, and more- mirroring the support offered to my in-person clients. Each workout, encompassing warm-up and cool-down, spans 45 minutes to 1 hour, accommodating those with little to no equipment or those with an at-home gym or gym membership.

Designed for couples, students, or friends seeking an affordable and effective fitness solution, This option accommodates up to two individuals at a time. The package includes the same as 1;1 training and workouts are precisely tailored to fit both individuals at the same time- regardless of each fitness level.
